Tenant Find Only:£300.00 payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced by The Agent.

Fully referencing the tenants (using Let Alliance)

Processing the 1st month’s rent & deposit for the Landlord (DPS)

Let Only: £300.00 payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent.

** Includes the Province Lettings & Estates Inventory/Statement of condition

** Processing the Tenants Deposit into the Province Lettings & Estates DPS & then transfer to Landlords DPS account.

** Processing the 1st month’s rent for Landlord

Letting and Rent Collection: £300.00 one off set up fee per tenancy. Followed by agreed % of the rent, deducted from the rent.

** Regular periodic inspection visits to property with a written report

** Ensuring Legal compliance for required safety certificates

** Ensuring correct Notices served when possession is required

OTHER CHARGES:

Inventory preparation fee: £150.00 (This applies to Tenant Find Service and Full Management)

Deposit Dispute Charge: £25.00 per hour

Insurance claim handling fee: 10% of cost of works.

Professional hourly rate £50.00  per hour

Re-signing fee: £60.00 payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant

CANCELLATION:

Where Full Management or Letting and Rent Collection service is cancelled during the tenancy (including any fixed extensions, or periodic stages) a fee of equivalent of the monthly rental amount will continue to be payable. We will require at least one tenancy month’s notice.

A withdrawal fee of £150.00 will be charged in the event of a let being agreed verbally but prior to the tenancy agreement being signed. The withdrawal fee is to cover the costs incurred by the agent in obtaining references, attending viewings and travel expenses.

Where applicable charges are subject to the current rate of VAT (20%)

Commissions

We may also receive commissions from, Insurance companies, Referencing companies, Utility providers and others.
